We have amped up our famous Philly Cherry Sour and stuck it in some Tempranillo barrels for all you gloriously beautiful people. This is sharp, dry, tannic and packed full of morello cherries. The Philly yeast brings fruity esters along with bags of gloriously oaky vanillins from the red wine barrels.
